Here'* mine at 113,500 miles.....never been replaced...now ive seen pics of your guys o2 sensors, and yours look a lot worse than mine...so here goes...does it need replacing?

It looks good. Now forget I said that.

At 60k or so, they're starting to get tired. If it'* in the budget, 50k is the safest interval. Especially with gas prices what they are today.

By the time "it looks bad" it'* well past time for replacement. It'* done its job for a long time...time for it to retire.

can anyone help me with the part number

on the sensor it said AFS75, which cross references to gm 25312184

is that correct?

25312184 is the correct part number for a 96 SSEi.
