Could be a sign the starter is dead or it needs it'* connections cleaned.

Brougham means "vinyl top covering 1/3 to 1/2 top of car"

Turn on the headlights. Are they bright? If they are and it still won't turn over there are two things - VATS (is SECURITY light on?) or you are going to be diagnosing a starter circuit problem, in which case you are going to need a DVOM (digital volt ohm meter). Let us know if the battery is dead or not and then we can help with the starter circuit.

my friend had this problem once. There is a big connector somewhere that has connection problems... I beleive its under the dash by the steering column... Just go under there wiggle all the connectors (make sure none of them look melted) and try it again...

Yep thats what i thought it would do.

Its a connector under your dash that has connection issues. My friend'* ended up melting. I would say you could proly hep the problem by taking apart the connectors, cleaning the contacts, running them in and out a couple times and applying connection grease to them...
