Default New Ignition Key

How much is it to get one made at the dealership for a 1993 SE?

Forget the dealership, it'll be 3x more than at a locksmith. Call a couple locksmiths and ask if they can copy the VATS or Passkey systems. There are only 12 different key blanks, and most decent locksmiths have the interrogator, or know how to use a multimeter.

Unless you're absolutely anal-retentive like me and MUST have GM keys.

or just find the resistance of the key and install a inline resistor on the wires, no more VATS issues
