car idles but after 3000 rpm wants to die. I think it is fuel delivery. Changed fuel filter and about a year ago upper intake. With car idling does not appear to have any bubbles or abnormalities with radiator cap open. Could this be fuel regulator. It did have a cracked vacuum line that I replaced but problem still exists. Any help would be great

yes. prior to the car quiting it would come on sometimes. It'* on now

Get to Autozone or another car parts store and ask for a scan. Don't pay. Go where it'* free.
