Default Need A/C help!

There'* a lady at my workplace that has a 93 SSEi that has no a/c and the cooling fans are not coming on at all. The temp gauge was getting over 240 degrees idling in the parking lot. Which relay/* are for the compressor and fans??

AC doesnt control both fans

there is a cooling fan relay and cooling fans are supposed to turn on at 220 the right side that is
the left turns on when the AC gets turned on

Correct. The PCM controls the fans.

No AC? Is the temp display flashing? If so, check Techinfo for the method of extracting codes. The 93 ECC is capable of self-diagnostics.

Go here: http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ic.php?t=16737 for the relay loocations.

Ok... Had code 166 (Low Freon). No charge in the system. It had already been converted to R134A. I jumped the connector for the low pressure sensor in the accumulator. Both fans and the compressor started working. Went to charge the system and it took only about maybe a half pound and gauge started to creep into the red. (Yes, it was the low side) Plugged the sensor back in, and the compressor clutch cycled on and off for about 10 seconds and then stopped all together again. Both cooling fans also shut off. Any ideas?? A/C is not my strong suit...
