Well l will let him know however I dobt that guy will eat the cost of an engine it is a small 2 -3 man shop with 2-bays which only one has a lift in it. They mostly work on toyotas and other imports. He charged him $300 to fix the issue at first. Only if I found this site a week or two ago we could have saved his motor.

all mechanics are required to have insurance against things like thiis. The guy merely believed he found the issue..and missed the real problem. The shop could have fixed it properly and didn't.
