Coil resistance is done with the car off.

ICM should be under the coil packs..under the plate with the big connector going to it.

i have also. i guess im going to limp my car to my uncles house like a mile from my house and a friend and i are gonna try to switch injectors around to determind if its the injectors and from what ive been reading that sounds like a bad injector. im kinda hopeing it is cuz then its gets really messy. i asked my dad and he said to do the same thing and first to check for spark. so im gonna unplug the injector and drive to my uncles house. sounds like a plan?

Coils are tested by putting the ohm leads between the two posts.
