crappily noted as "trans modulator" in red. Yours may look different. The one in the picture is stock on a 97. The screw is inside the modulator. You pull the little hose off of it and it will be inside the hole.

When you instaled that modulator, did you read and follow the installation instructions? I'll assume not, based on your answers here. In any case, murphyam53 is right on the money, as also are Willwren and BillBoost.
