Default Mods for low rpm

I have done most of the "easy" mods. But I think after opening up the exhaust caused me to lose low rpm power. Mid to high rpms it pulls like a ****, but I really want that low end power. What should i consider doing to get more low end powa

2.5 pulley? That stock on the '94? Might want to go down to a 2.2?

Don't believe its stock but going to a smaller pulley will get you some low end power. Also getting an MSD ignition with its extra sparks should get you a little on the low end too.
