Which model?
I recently purchased a 1993 Bonneville from a relative. I bought the car mainly for commuting. Even though it is 12 years old and seen a lot of gravel, it is still a decent ride. Best of all, the price was right.
This is really bothering me...How do I tell the model/package of my Bonneville? It does not have a decal/emblem on the doors or the trunk lid. Can I tell from the VIN? Since I am new to the Bonneville world, I am reasonably certain it is not the SSEI.

If it doesn't say SSEi or SSE on the doors and trunk lid, it'* not either unless it was debadged. Is it Supercharged? I'm guessing not from your description, so:
Are the fog lights spaced out at the outer bumpers? Probably not closer together below and to either side of the license plate? I'm assuming you don't have two exhaust tips, one on either side of the rear bumper skirt, but rather you have a single hidden exhaust? Sounds like you have an SE to me from the limited information, but it might have the SLE package. Look for a grille that has a honeycomb insert, rather than 'diamonds'. Look for the RPO code "H4U" on the cover to your spare tire. That would be an SLE package on an SE.

I have only owned my Bonneville for a month and it has sat at my parent'* the entire time. My parent'* live a couple hundred miles from me and I am waiting for them to drive it to my house.
...here is what I remember about the Bonneville - The fog lamps are spaced to the outer edges of the bumper. I do not recall the type of grill. It is not supercharged. I am reasonably certain there is only one tailpipe. It has cloth interior. Tape deck (no CD player) with radio controls on steering wheel. It does not have a sunroof or climate control. The drivers seat is power. The cluster is analog. The dash is imitation wood grain.
I will check the spare tire cover the next time I see the car (about 2 weeks).

here you go this is how you tell from the VIN
the 4th and 5th number or letter in the VIN will tell you
H/X = SE
H/Y = SSEi
H/Z = SSE
Straight from All Data
