In my 1993 SSE, 140k miles, what woul i need to look into replacing or adjusting in order to upgrade to Mobil 1 Syn ? I know it has crazy detergents, but this one has been ran on valvoline 10W40 for High Mileage cars for at least 1 1/2 years, and its very clean, however, since im going to replace LIM gaskets and the */C, What else should i do in order to prevent the oil leaks ? Right now, car is dry as a bone, no leaks whatsoever.

Not sure what you should do...
Only thing I will reccomend is replacing the Valve cover gaskets... they like to leak when they get up there in age... For $13 if memory serves you can get the valve cover gaskets...
I have gone to synthetic in my cars and have never had a single problem... Both of my engine are very very clean on the inside...
