Re-attachment will depend on the damage. For a replacement, check out http://www.car-part.com/

my mom backed out the garage with her bonnie and cracked the mirror off, just the wires holding it on. my dad epoxied it on with some clear stuff, and it holding up. its still a little wobbley in the wind, but it will work until we get it fixed perfectly

okay good. my friend and i epoxied it on and some duct tape is holding it up until it dries. i'm not worried about getting anything perfectly, because hopefully i will not have this old car forever.

Is the glass intact? Do you have the blue-tinted glass? What color is your car? And I'm assuming full-power and heated mirrors?

Champagne color? I've got a 95 SSEi in that color at a local wrecker. Not sure if both mirrors are intact

Correction. At least one mirror is intact:

I can find out, but I'll GUESS at about $40-50. A BRAND SPANKING new mirror (unpainted) from GM is only $80. A 5oz spray can in your color is only another $12 from the dealer

PM me if you want to know the price, and I can call tomorrow.
