Default Maxifuse identification

1999 Bonneville SE 3.8 NA

It says in the manual that there is a label in the maxifuse cover that identifies the fuses, but the label is missing from the cover. You can see where it once was, but it is not there anymore. Does someone have a list or diagram as to which fuse and relay is which?

Thanks!
