Manual on a 90 LE possible?
I wsa just going to say these cars seem to fix themselves often. HAHA. Anyways i was jsut wondering if anybody knows if there is a way to make or buy a manual tranny for the '90 3800 V6 LE. Or is there absolutely no hope. This is a project.
you can use a getreg Fiero tranny. Contact v8 Archie at this site.

the Fieros are a whole different platform, as well as RWD! I have trouble believing you can put that in an H-car without extensive modifications.
Regardless, there is no place to put a clutch pedal (at least easily). If you really want to get deep into swapping out engines and trannys etc than you should get a L67 and an Intense 4T65-E, they should bolt-up with minimal fuss.

I agree.
But I have heard of a caddy guy doing it. Second hand info though. Once again if you are set on it contact Archie he will know. Personally I would do the "L67 and an Intense 4T65-E". No matter what way you decide to go best of luck to you. Let us know how it goes.
