Might be a bit hot for that. Manifolds from a junker won't even be that expensive.

If you do get a new pair, make sure they're made right in the final exit to the exhaust, as some had very small exit holes. that being said, you could P&P them to get more powah.

Where is it leaking? Cracked welds? Bad flanges?

Oh and how much should manifolds from a junkyard cost?

Never heard of manifolds going bad, they are stainless.
Unless they crack at the welds.
Did you check the main slipped in joint before the cat?
Sometimes they slide out a little and leak giving the impression its at the manifold.

Good idea. Check the downpipe packing, bolts, and springs. You can do this while the car is running. Feel for the exhaust escaping.

I have a very similar problem, only mine is leaking on the front manifold and its the exhaust port all the way to the right on the front. My 91 toronado leaked in the same spot. I think ive heard about the manifolds warping so that may be the problem. I plan on fixing mine this summer sometime. I got a new front manifold that is in excellent shape with only 15k miles on it so hopefully that fixes my problem, but yours sounds similar.... best thing you can do is pull em off and check em out. Good luck.
