MAF resistance, a little help here?
Hey guys I'm checking out my MAF and I was wondering if someone else could check the resistance so I have something to compare it to. I'm doing it a little funny though. I pulled the MAF and checked the resistance from one of the er...bars..that hold the element up to the other one. Thanks

Stand by, I was gonna look this up for you last night, but ended up getting stuck late at work (with a cute Engineer ).
You'll have my FSM'* soon, but I'll dig this up for you tonight for sure.

Umm... Mine'* got four little bars holding up two little strings.
The one that is first in the airflow measures about 22-25K Ohm, but I can blow on it and get it up to 250-260K Ohm. And I can't get my DVM to the second one yet. Have to rethink my approach.

Don't do anything major until you get my care package, but in the meantime:
Check to see if you have between 4 and 6 volts at Pin A of the MAF sensor (yellow wire).
Do you have a code 34? Probably not.
Ignition on, engine off, disconnected MAF connector, you should read 4-6 volts at Terminal A (yellow wire). If not, it'* wiring or PCM at fault.
If yes, check for 12v between B and C (pink/black is C, Blk/Wht is B....B is ground).
The FSM gives no resistance readings of the filaments. Nor any diagram for the INSIDE wiring. It shows only 3 wires are used, but I recall 4 in the connector? I'll have to check.
