what do you use to take these bolts out .on the MAF

it'* called a security bit. you can get them in alot of places. or if your good with a dremel/drill, you can drill it out, or in a pinch, use a dremel cutting wheel and make 1 long slot in the head and use a regular screw driver

Go to Autozone or any other auto parts store and buy the whole set for 5-10 bucks.

Yup, I just bought this set. Great neck Security torx bit set, about 8-10 bits with it. I paid $9.99.

Harbor Freight had a set for a few dollars. I picked one up the other day.

I used vice grips to remove them, then replaced them with Phillips head screws that are the same size. Never have to use a safety bit again.
