Default Low Ride..... rear end... HELP!

Hey guys,

Got out and looked at the car this morning.... she'* running REALLY low on the rear end.

Something in the back of my mind tells me it might have something to do with the subs/amp I just had put in last week.... not the weight.... but maybe something to do with the air-ride?

Any ideas?

Yea it'* the 97.....

So unplugging one of the ELC cables couldn't cause the struts to sit so low?
or reconnecting them wrong?

Did you mess with the ELC stuff? Redo everthing you did and make sure you put it back together correctly.

No I didn't mess with anything..... but that'* not to say the ones that installed the sub box & amp didn't hit a wire or something.

That'* a distinct possibility. I'd be digging through there if I were you. Your components are in different locations than my 93, but you're looking primarily for the selector valve. Little round sucker with airlines and an electrical connector going to it.

Interesting, though. If it'* disconnected, and you turn on your utility inflator, your struts should fill. Try that. Then you'll know if that'* your problem.

Did the compresser come on a lot that day? Mine seems to always be on when there are back seat passengers and is rather annoying.
