Low oil pressure. Thicker oil?

Yeah I did. Read back. My pressure valve was installed correctly. I put a new spring in, which raised pressure to 20lbs and hot idle, but the effect was temporary for the most part. It has dropped back to a couple pounds of where it used to be.
