Default Low Air Flow
not much air flow from the center vents. the floor vents have a ton of flow . the defrost vents is ok but not like the floor vent . this has the manual controls . this on 99 SE.

Air flow out the defroster and floor vent with not being able to get airflow out the front vents is a default mode when there is a problem. Read this thread:
