yes its get louder what part do i bend lol? i am not going to go out to my car and start bending the doors so i need to know what part needs to be tweaked
Had a lot of wind noise with my 93 SSE. The rubber weather stripping that goes around the door jamb (NOT the door) had shrunk over time and ther was a gap at each corner of the jamb that allowed air to come into the car. The two ends of weather stripping meet at the bottom of the door jamb. I pulled the stripping away from the jamb (starting at the bottom) and continued pulling until I got to the top corners. Mine was not glued. I then started pushing it back into the corners and worked my way down the jamb to the bottom middle. I actually have about an inch gap at the bottom where the stripping does not meet but it eliminated all the wind noise. I did all four doors in about 20 minutes and now its like having a new car!
