Default Loud Knocking noise....
I need help....When I start her up there is a loud knocking noise and when I hit the gas it get'* louder and faster.....Shops keep saying it'* my crankshaft.....but DAMN!!! That'* a hell of a fix!!

mmm...knocking at idle? Thats a hell of a rod knock if thats the case but that usually shows up around 2500rpm. its a bottom end problem though. sorry

Mine turned out to be a connecting rod bearing - hence the rebuild.
