the only thing not new is o2 sensors and intake manifold and fuel pressure regulator that was replaced under warranty cant remember when for sure think it was 15000 mi. car has 189000 now. the intake has been changed before date code on it is 05. i found one vac leak where the vac runs to the dash and down to the vac tank that line was broke behind the battery in the loom that was fun to find. spliced with new hose.

Did you say that you did check the vacuum canister under the front right fender?

Do me a favor check that out, when you find it carefully pull the vacuum line off of it. Do you hear a quick hissing sound indicating that there is vacuum pressure?
