I think there should be two o-rings. My '95 has a large orange o-ring that seals the cover of the pcv housing (no MAP sensor) but there is also a smaller black o-ring on the end of the pcv valve that installs down into the hole. Sometimes the lower o-ring comes off the valve and stays in the hole. It is hard to see down in there. Just make sure you have that lower o-ring installed or your pcv system will not work properly.
