You head on up to Techinfo and read the procedure. It'* something like connect two pins on the dlc and hold the button on the remote for half an hour.
Sorry..Boost has none... Ebay is your best bet. Allow me to give this advice. When buying remotes..buy one good one and one ok one. Use the ok and cheap one for your daily. The writing is only going to wear..why pay that much for two..when you can get one cheaper.
