Parts Interchangability
Well, I was walking through the junkyard the other day and decided to do some checks. Turns out that there may be more interchangable parts for the H-bodies.
I checked a 92 and 94 bonneville for fitment/comparison, but found that the B pillar and lower plastic door trim are the same or close enough to work from a 95 olds 88 and a 97 buick LeSabre. I can't remember about the park ave though. The door trim had a little variation in the rear part of it where it went under the seat, but not enough to not to use it. The B-pillar was the same (PN'* even)
I am going to look into if the A pillar is the same.
As we may have guessed, the windows are the same, and it looks like the front door openings are the same. This is not saying the doors are, but that the hinges and window rubber molding at the top look like they will work. I have not confirmed this. The rear doors are different
Just thought i'd share. I might get pictures of the trim tonight if I remember the camera...
