While I may very well be wrong, I still think you should focus on your PCM connections and check for loose or corroded wiring and connections.
I know you've had your share of problems, but this looks a lot like a code chase. We've seen that before where there were loose connections or corrosion issues.
Just a point I would want to verify before chasing parts again, IMO.

Chris.. clean up all the grounds you can find
(both sides of car..front fenders, battery, back of engine by oil pressure sender)
I had a PRNDL when my car did a stall/restart and the computer sees the restart happening in D...
Seems like you are chasing some electrical gremlins for sure. Might be well worth pulling the both battery connections to double check for corrosion.
Gas smell and that quad B could also be an Evap canister purge soleniod. If you fill your car past the first click of the pump..this would be more likely..

I had those codes narrowed down with the help of a mechanic friend....
EGR Solenoid "C" is stuck open. Since we couldn't figure out which is solenoid "C", I'm just going to clean it, oil it and slap it back on. My car is running aweful right now. Choppy idle, stumble apon acceleration and when cruising on the highway it just shakes like an old man with Parkinsons. I'm hoping that the cleaning will solve that issue.
I also have a cam sensor code...but I'm not experiences any problems, so I was told to not bother with it.
Just an update.

Honestly, I don't know if the cam code has been consistant. My SES light has been coming on intermitently for a month or so...and I finally got around to having the codes narrowed down.
I cleaned the EGR springs and pintles this afternoon, however I was not able to get a gasket....seems they aren't not so easy to find. One place told me that my car doesn't even have an EGR valve, lol. And I said "Yeah? Then what'* this thing in my hand?" Silly people! At any rate, I definitely need that gasket because my idle and drivability still sucks. Stumble, stumble stumble!
As far as injector timing, how is that corrected? Get a new cam sensor?

Um yeah, I'll be taking it to my mechanic for the cam magnet repair.
I am researching the EGR gasket now. I looked on acdelco.com and the gasket they show is not the gasket I had in my hand. What I removed is the piece with the 3 springs and pintles. Under that is a triangular gasket with 3 holes. Is that the one that I need to replace? I can't find it. This is the one that everyone seems to have.....which is not the one I have here.

I'm am done playing mechanic...I made an appointment to bring my bonnie in to have it fixed right. I replaced the EGR valve since the cleaning didn't work. I even got new MSD coils since they were weak...meaning when I took the plug wires off each coil, the arch as very weak. Yeah, $300 in parts and my car is still running like a$$. The gas smell is aweful!. So, I've come to the conclusion that I need a professional.
I have a headache.....
