Hello, I was wondering what may cause my idle to fluctuate when I come to a complete stop? Like at a stop light or something. And what I can do to fix it.

It could be anything, but more likely it'* combination of several things. A dirty throttle body is one of the most likely, considering the age of your car. Plugs and wires can be a contributor, too, as well as a dirty fuel filter. Almost any one of the sensors on the engine can too.

Start with a basic tuneup/cleanup, and then if it'* still there, we'll start digging. Time to rule out the things that need to be done anyway.
