Default Important Announcement: My Alternator is Just Fine

So I'm out driving around at 6:00 a.m. this morning in our first blizzard of the season: all the lights on, low beams and foglights, blower going full blast, rear defogger on, tunes, and what'* that ticking sound? Oh, yeah, my turn signals, which are working perfectly even though I'm sitting at a stoplight idling with my foot on the brake, so all the brake lights are on as well...

So _my_ alternator is working great! Nyah, nyah, nyah!

(Okay, it _is_ the fourth one on the car that I know of _and_ it will probably die next Tuesday, but just for right now let me enjoy myself...)
