Default illuminated entry bulbs 96 bonnie

I hate to ask this but how do you change the bulbs in the passenger door that illuminate the entry way? Do you have to remove the door panel or do they pull out like the old style dash bulbs?

The light fixture should pop out of the door. I think those are the 194 bulbs and they just pull straight out.

Thanks!
While I'm thinking of bulbs there is a "reading lamp" in the rear on the drivers side that is out. The switch that turn the light on or off has come off. Any idea as to how to get the entire light out?

Close. 194'* are the ones under the dash panel that light the driver and passenger floors.

The lights in the door (sometimes called the step lights) are 74'*. They're incredibly tiny. You'll need two per door. The step light housing comes out with a screwdriver on the inside edge; just press on two little tabs to pop the housing from the door. It'* hard to describe, but really easy when you're looking at it. There'* one power cable in the back, but there'* plenty of slack.

You won't need bulb housings for the step lights, as you can reuse the existing ones. Just take out the existing glass bulbs carefully, as they will be stuck.

I can take a couple pictures tomorrow if you need them.

No one has mentioned it yet, but be careful taking these out. I think you pop a screwdriver in one side, slide the other way to pop one side out. (If this makes sense) But the housing on mine was very brittle and the cover snaps broke. Now wont stay in so its just resting on the door pocket. LOL
