Default Ignition Blunders

1993 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3800 N/sc

If my car sits for a while it starts up and operates great for about 5 min. Then, it will chug under load and have irratic rpm. It almost feels like its trying to grab a gear but it isnt just feels like that. When I slam on the gas from a dead stop I get *chug chug chug chug vrooom chug chug*. My coil packs tested good, brand new tps, fairly new plugs and wires, new o2sensor. Whats the deal? Need Ideas Im out of em.

[shoots from hip] Have you checked the fuel pump and fuel filter? [/shoots from hip]

Have you checked with a DIFFERENT ICM/Coils? Just because it tested, doesn't mean it'* good. That test is usually inaccurate unfortunately.

I'm voting fuel flow too (gut feeling) based on the "If it sits for a while..." statement

You mention filter in a long time. Wouldn't be a bad thing to do while you are working on the car.
