after i fixed the idle air control my car runs great but when i start it up the idle tends to be a little rough and loping any ideas on what could be causing it im leaning towards vacuum problem but i will have to double check cause i thought that i had replaced all the vacuum lines already, and i hope its not a worn lobe on the camshaft.
Worn lobe it would be lumpy all the time. I would check you Fuel Pressure also look into changing your fuel filter. Have you changed your plugs and wires recently? Also I would test your coils. Here'* the link to do that. https://www.gmforum.com/trouble-shooting-test-procedures-141/testing-coils-spark-plug-wires-278818/
I had a similiar problem with my '94 bonneville se, 3800 series 1. Idle would be about 500rpm and the car would surge alittle but clear up once i stepped on the gas. Mine turned out to be the EGR valve, once I replaced that she smoothed right out. For me about $65.00 new and about 20 minutes of wrench time.

One area I found that will give you a lopy idle is a cracked EGR tube. The only way to check this is to remove it, hold it up to the light and look for a crack.
