Default i got the wrong transmission(it was right after all!!!!!!!!)

yeah.....in my 92 bonneville se i had a F17 AND now i've got a FW2....the drivers side shaft won't fit ...if i get a new shaft, what else do i need to make this work?

any PCM changes?

ok u can use the shaft from the old trans and use in in the new one....the cool thing is that you acutally got a 3.06 trans instead of the 2.84.....better accelleration with the 3.06

you will need the PCM from the 3.06 trans, then you will be able to run the trans with out a problem

That'* part of the problem..the shaft on the drivers side won't fit....it'* is too small

i hate this car..LMAO

well see that is the problem...i don't know...supposed to be a 92 pontiac bonneville SE

i ordered it through work. From a salvage company. the questions they asked were supercharged and if it had Traction control......i have neither....i don't know whats up.

just went and checked again....the shaft indeed does not fit...any ideas guy ...i'm lost

little backstory..3 weeks ago we were rebuilding the engine..and found out it would cost me even more money...so i now have a new motor..and a new transmission...ti'* all in and the shaft won't fit
