Often I find I have to take a car in twice before they have it done completely right. Not that it should be that way... I have come to expect it.

well the dealer is about a 5 minute drive from my place, this morning i started the car and immidnently the BRAKE light was on and there was a constant ding ding ding, i had next to nothing for brakes all the way there , my grandma was infront of me. i opend up the master at the dealer there was almost no fluid in it about a tablespoon worth its amazing i had anything for brakes, they compleatly bled the system and it feels better now but not were it was befor i brought the car in. To say the least today was free. They also told me that they cannot gaurntee anything to be safe.
I was extreamly pissed off.

"They cannot guarantee anything to be safe." Sounds like another famous "risk management for technicians 101" line.
