When my ECC says it'* blowing on my feet, it is also blowing out the defroster panel. The rest of the directions seem to be fine (just defrost and normal vent). Anyone had this problem? It didn't use to do this.

Have you checked vacuum to the canister on the firewall. Maybe it'* allowing a little default with poor vacuum?

I checked the lines from the intake to the vacuum canister. No appearant leaks, cracks, or hissing.

Start the car... pull the line. Expect a hiss of the vacuum escaping and a rougher idle. Any difference ?

Well poop. Now it gave up all together trying to use the vents. It'* all defroster and floor vents...

Did ya check that vac canister or vac line?
