Default How to replace break light bulb on 99 sle

How can you take the bulb out? This is for the passenger side inner most break light, its not like the 00+ I have tried twisting and pulling. IDK maybe i am missing something.

I think that'* the 194 flat style socket. Those bet pulled straight out. Does this write up help?
