Default How to remove alternator pulley?

The main outer bolt appears to be almost 15/16", but maybe a little smaller. And what size is the hex drive for the middle bolt? I tried my Torx-50 for my SC tensioner, but that was a bit too big.

Put an impact gun on the nut and it will come right off.

I don't have an impact gun, and my Chilton'* says nothing other than how to replace the alternator...which I've done on these engines all too often.

Did you get one from ZZP yet? Shoot them an email asking them what it needs. I'm surprised you're not finding it...

I might just go for the water pump underdrive pulley...so hold up on that info.

Your local checker auto should do it for you, or any parts store. None the less, you should look into investing into a impact gun.
