After you've filled the radiator and the lower radiator hose is warm, accelerate the motor to 2500 rpm for a short time and come back to idle then repeat 4 more times. After that open the bleeder valve on top of the thermostat housing slowly to allow air out until fluid comes out. You may want to hold a towel around it to catch fluid dribbles and make sure you don't get hot coolant onto yourself.

I'll check the manual for the speed, but I believe it'* 2500. It not I'll edit this message.

Myself I have a slope on my driveway and I position the car while I'm warming up with the radiator highest and the heater portion lowest to help the air find its way out of the heater core!
