1995 SE

My car is constantly blowing hot air on the floor only
is there any quick fix that i can do so i can get the a/c blowing instead of hot air?
ive searched and cant find what im really looking for
if anyone could just post something it would be greatly appreciated

Check to see if the vacuum line from the engine to the firewall is disconnected; the vacuum is used to open and close doors in the air distribution chamber. I found mine severed last week and the result was no air coming though the vents in the dash.
