Well, I took my TB off again, bought a new gasket and adjusted the TPS sensor. I did the little TPS mod while I was at it. It still idles high. I about out of ideas. I check for vacuum leaks also.
What about the idle air control (IAC) sensor. I already cleaned it.

One other thing I forgot to mention is when I go to start my car on a cold start, I sometimes need to give it gas for it to be able to idle. If I dont do that, the car will die. After holding the rpms up for a little bit, it finally idles on its own. Sometimes the idle will surge for a couple seconds and then clear out.
