With all this focus on the EGR valve, could we be missing other possibilities?
Is it possible that he has a weak FPR and that is causing the SES?
If you read his first post, three out of five possibilities are fuel pump or relay related. Perhaps he should check voltage readings for the fuel pump and relay. Remember that with A/C on, there is a heavier load, possibly causing a strain on a weak fuel system.
Just an idea.

So should I stick with what Archon said and pull it off to check it out, and clean the tube? I am going to the Pick N Pull in IL tomorrow to tear that 92 SSE SC apart that Eric showed me. I will get the EGR from that one and see if that helps. I hope that car is still in the shape it was when Eric took the pics cause thats an hour or more drive. I would hate to go there for nothing.

I do have a favor request, though: if you find the EGR valve intact on the '92 sse */c, and if the EGR tube is still intact, I'd be interested in buying the EGR tube from you. If that'* a possibility, please send me a PM and let me know if we can make arrangements to do that. I've been looning for one for quite a while now.
Thanks.

Before going through all of that, have you cleaned the individual solenoid pintles? If not, try that first. Spray them with a good solvent (the springs too), scrub them with a brush, and make sure that the move freely. If that doesn't clear things up, then you can move on to the EGR tube.

Ok I will try that, but I can't understand why it could need to be cleaned when its only 3-4 weeks old and still looks like new on the outside. I won't be able to work on it till maybe Friday. I have to use it tomorrow to go to the Pick N Pull yard.

Blownville said the EGR valve was replaced 3 weeks ago, so I can't imagine it needing cleaning. Or maybe the new EGR valve failed already, but it seems unlikely.

On the 93 can you monitor the actuation of the Digital EGR Solenoids?
