For the leveling pump to bring the rear struts up to the proper height the key needs to be on for approxiamtely 45 seconds. Then the system will auto inflate to the right height. If you have no pump operation with the info willwren mentioned above then most likely either a fuse is blown (sorry 97 manual at home) or the compressor is broken or unplugged.

Some people unplug the compressor if the struts leak and it continually runs.

sensatracs are not equal to oem struts only the relexes are part #931798 at Napa for $114 each if they cant have them i can get them for u since i work at napa and have most of the relfexes at my store

the clamps at the top of the struts is that for the ccr? my husband is confused because the new struts don't have them. he thinks i bought the wrong struts.

You will want to get the ELC struts. There are the reflexes (hard to find but Kenn has them) and the sensatrac with the ELC.

First of all, Kenn, the Sensatraks ARE the same as OEM. The reflexes are an upgrade.

Lynn, the rear leveling system has nothing to do with the failed CCR struts. Different system.

You need rear struts that preserve the rear leveling capability, but delete the CCR.
