Default Help/Advice: Odd Traction Control Issue

Story goes I buy this car a couple weeks back. TC is working fine. Replace front exhaust manifold and test drive. TC Off light pops up. TC button does not respond. Upon each start the light is off, then comes on within first mile of driving.

Email Willwren and pull airbox, reseat connectors a couple times. (Working for everything else...why not TC). TC light comes back on during test drive. Mess with car to get more information.

If I turn off the TC as I put it in gear and then a half mile later turn it back on, light never pops up and it works fine. Then last night it comes right on within the mile. Next start up it never comes on, start up right after that it doesn't come on.

I'm thinking if it sits overnight the first startup it'll come on...and then won't on subsequent startups.

Any crazy ideas?

Put the car up on blocks. Take all 4 wheels off. Use a pressure washer to clean the backs of all 4 hubs (trying to get INSIDE the slot for the WSS). Then after it dries, disconnect all 4 WSS harnesses at the hub, clean them, and put them back together.

Haven't had the car long enough to beat it down yet.

Will.... thanks for the advice, will try it. Interesting, it only seems to turn off the light first run of the day. After that all seems well.....even if the car has sat for hours.
