My problem is with the heater control on my 94 SE without climate control. The blower motor works fine but I can`t feel a blast of air anywhere. If I move the control **** to defrost or to the upper vents I hear nothing and there is no change in the air flow. The air is getting hot and the heat radiates out and the car gets warm but I can`t get it to blow out anywhere. When I click it to defrost it doesn`t even kick the a/c compressor on. Where should I start looking?

Based on you statement I am starting with the assumption your fan motor is turning. That rules out the fan control or the motor as an issue. There is a possibility the fan motor is turning but is spinning in the fan, rather than turning it, but let'* start with the air mix actuator door.

If at some time during this work you are sure the actuator door is open, turn the fan on and make sure it is turning and pushing air.

Found the problem. Cracked vacuum line under the hood that leads to the firewall. Thanks for your help.

Good job. That cracked vacuum line could have been giving you some engine issues as well. What are we going to work on next?
