Check fuse #8. Fuse 25 is also used for it, but if your wipers work, Fuse 8 is the only one that could cause this problem. In addition, if your 'washer fluid low' sensor is bad, it will not allow the pump to run. Drain your tank and make sure that sensor is working on the DIC indication.
If Fuse 8 is good, you either have a bad fluid level sensor or bad pump. It'* also possible the output of the pump is clogged with debris.
