Halfshafts...will either work?
Are the Half-Shafts from a 2001 Buick Regal GS (Supercharged) and a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI (Supercharged) interchangeable?
I know the tranny'* are the same (MN7 - 4t65-E), but I would like to confirm if the Half-Shafts would work fine, because I have a new trans from the 2001 Buick Regal GS (Supercharged).
Thanks everyone in advance,
TuType

Someone here must know for sure, but I would say no, because the Bonne is bigger and wider than the Regal. The Regal is the sister to the Grand Prix. I would guess the Regal'* halfshaft would be shorter than the Bonnie'*.

The shafts on a Regal are over 1 inch shorter than the Bonneville. It '* a different platform. Same tranny, but then again my GP SE has the 3100 and the 4T65E-HD. It would be great the swap for an L67 after the warranty is up.
