Default Guage question.

I tore apart the guages and cleaned them to no avail, they still only work when they want to :(. If I were to go get a cluster from the JY that is the same as mine but only has no boost guage, could I just pull the circuit boards out of it and put all of them in the cluster I have now and keep the board I already have that has the boost guage?

This looks like a continuation of this thread

Technically this issue would get more exposure in the electrical forum, before changing the cluster... please pull back the carpet on the driverside and find the ground buss that will be taped to the wire loom. My first though is the grounding could be a problem.

Sorry, I forgot about that post. I have checked that connector and there seems to be no corrosion or anything. Those wires were wet when I first checked them. They are now dry and have been ever since.

Thanks, Bill. You are right. This topic is a continuation of the older topic. I refreshed and pointed it back here.
