GM Dex-cool
Interestingly enough, when the Pontiac dealership by me did my UIM replacement and LIM gasket, they sent it back to me with regular green coolant in it instead of the Dex-Cool it had when it went into the shop.

Honestly after 5 years I do not trust the LIM gaskets or the UIM...

Now that I remember, I had another Dexcool expereince. The wife had an earlier Dodge Caravan with the Mitsubishi 2.6 engine. Since the van was in excellent shape, I did a complete overhaul to the engine at 210,000 miles, and replaced everything from water pump, hoses, belts, radiator and the heater core. Put Dexcool since I was told it was excellent on engines with aluminum cylinder heads. Well, a month later, the van blew a head gasket and also the radiator the Dexcool mud. I had used Felpro gaskets and also instead of the yield bolts, I used ARP head bolts. Also, the system had been flush and all related cooling components were new. Put back the green coolant and never had an issue again.
