Default gas tank cover

hey.. i must be some kind of moron.. but how do i lock and unlock my gas tank cover.. since i have had the car i did not have one... now i do.. and i cant figure out how to work it...

yeah.. unlocking releases it, but when i lock it again... the fuel door just stays slightly opened, and the latch doesnt catch..

one of your springs on the door is busted likely. Easiest fix is to get another door the same color and replace.

Or it may just be out of adjustment. When I got the 95, the lock was out of adjustment because the previous owner didn't want the locking feature.

A small torx screw is all that changes where the lock is positioned.
