I'm having some fuel pressure issues lately. After searching through the posts and finding a troubleshooting guide, I looked for the fuel pump test lead behind the battery and didn't find one. Is it somewhere else on a 99? If it'* got to be there, I'll try looking inside the wire bundle jacket to see if it was cutoff and the wire tucked in there.
